Im 5'3" 125lbs and got the Large size because I was unsure of fit. Found it too big for my frame. Medium would be an exact fit for me. So I think their sizing is true. These dont shrink or pull and keep me toasty warm in breezy 30 degree weather. I recommend these very much.Very thin and dont bulk up pants. A+
